1. Roundness, squareness and dimensional deviation of V85P, are 25% higher than V85.
2. V85P machine over-cutting is less than 0.15mm in High feed (F8000) Cutting. Most of the current machine
tool in this feed cutting are 0.2mm, processing efficiency than V85 improved by nearly 10%.
3. The tapping efficiency is the same as V85 Machine, but V85P has smaller tapping error.
4. V85P Machine’s 3D curved surface precision, V85P processing efficiency is more 30% higher than V85 at
same processing precision requirement.
5. The effect of V85P on the composite curved surface is obviously better than that of V85 and VMC850,
processing tool marks, quadrant points, and gear marks are all within 0.005mm.The s-grain and broach
phenomenon are basically cleared.
